My Grandpa Charley

My sister, aunt Joy, aunt Beanie, and me.
This is a picture of cement that is in front of his house. It has my grandpa and his wife Janice's initials carved in. I thought it was really cute.
My dad, sister, uncle sid, and my cousin Sam.
This has my aunts and my sister.
This is a close up of the picture that was on his shirt.
My grandpa's best friend made these Charles Edward Fan club shirts. He is so cute.
His bowling wall.
He was a real handsome guy.
This is one of his records.
This is a picture of him playing in the bar. Can you believe as a kids we would go and see him all the time and yes that is a naked lady behind him.
This has both of my sisters, my uncle sid and aunt Jeanette, my aunt Joy, my aunt Tobby, some of my grandpa's friends from his neighborhood.
This picture you can see my mom, Glenn my mom's step brother who lived with my grandpa up until he died, and my sister Lynsey.
This was a picture of when my grandpa was in the military.
At the old Rawhide they had a lot of fun places to get your picture taken. I haven't been to the new one yet I think that it would take away the good memories.
He was in the paper.
Here was a poster from when he used to play at Rawhide. He looks so handsome.
There was an amazing artist that drew a portrait of him. It is pretty big and he left it to my mom when he died.
My grandpa Charley died and we had a little memorial service at his house. Here are a couple of pictures from his house and of the people that were there. I really miss him I wish I would of had the opportunity to say goodbye but I know I will get to see him again someday soon and I am sure he is up with the angels singing with his amazing voice. I am so blessed to be able to have a copy of his CDs. I remember when I was a kid we used to go to the bar to him sing and we would get 7up and we thought we were so cool because we were like the only kids in the bar. He sang at Rawhide for 30 years. I love you grandpa.
